The Fishers swim team swept a dual meet at Zionsville on Tuesday.
The Tigers girls beat the Eagles 106-80. Individual event winners included Samantha Hietpas in the 200 free, Kenzie Pierce in the individual medley, Morgan Booth in the 100 free, and Hannah Pratt in the 500 free. Fishers was also victorious in the 200 free relay (Alexandra Stein, Ellen Fero, Corinne Yorkman and Hannah Pratt) and in the 400 free relay (Pratt, Fero, Stein and Yorkman). On the diving boards, Morgan Casey emerged victorious.
The Tigers boys team won 107-78. Individual event winners were Kyle Ponsler in the 200 and 500 freestyles, Cory Jacocks in the IM, Trevor Adcock in the 50 free, and Aaron Frollo in the butterfly. The Fishers 400 free relay team of Adcock, Tyler Schwertferger, Ponsler and Jacocks was also victorious. Sebastian Otero won the diving event.
The 3-0 Tigers will be back in action on the diving boards at the Tiger Claw Diving Invitational on Saturday, and in the pool next Tuesday, when they take on Noblesville at home.
