Fishers Signature Table sharing the love of food

The Signature Table at The Fishers Test Kitchen is a performance and teaching kitchen designed for dinners, tasting events, skills and cooking classes with top chefs, beverage specialists and creative food artisans from around the region.

The Signature Table offers classes, tastings, demonstrations and unique dinners and can also be rented out for private events. The Signature Table creates a cultural space that promotes an appreciation of the art of cooking.

The Proprietor of the Signature Table is local food writer, author and WISH-TV’s Indy Style regular guest, Jolene Ketzenberger. She loves to share her passion for cooking and hospitality with guests at The Signature Table.

The Reporter got to visit the Signature Table for a special pre-Valentine’s Day cooking class with 2016 MasterChef, fourth-place contestant and local chef Tanorria Askew, whose shrimp and grits Gordon Ramsay said was the best he’d ever tasted. Since her time as a contestant on MasterChef, Askew has built her personal chef business, Tanorria’s Table. At The Signature Table, she will offer demos of her signature shrimp and grits as well as her other specialties in various class formats.

All tickets include the cooking demonstration and sampling of all dishes as well as soft drinks.  Other beverages are a viable for purchase.
