Fishers police respond to shots fired into a vacant home

At approximately 12:30 a.m. Friday, multiple 911 calls were received reporting shots fired in a neighborhood.

Fishers Police officers responded to the area and located a vacant home that had been struck by bullets in the 10800 block of Roundtree Road. That’s northwest of East 121st Street and Hoosier Road. Officers conducted a search of the home and surrounding area to ensure no one was injured.

Detectives and evidence technicians responded to assist with the investigation. It is believed the suspect(s) fled the area in a vehicle. No vehicle description is available at this time. There is no known ongoing threat to the public.
