In its first year of operation, Fishers-based INCOG BioPharma Services has been named one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work in an annual competition held by the Indiana Chamber. In its 17th year, the annual award honors top organizations statewide as determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
INCOG is competing in the “small company” category (less than 74 employees). The annual program honors the top companies in Indiana as determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
“This recognition, coming in just our first year establishing our business, is a wonderful endorsement of the culture we are creating, the employees we are attracting, and our commitment to outstanding customer service,” INCOG BioPharma Founder & CEO Cory Lewis said.
