The Fishers boys basketball team finished in sixth place at the Homestead Tournament on Thursday.
The Tigers reached the fifth-place game by beating Bishop Dwenger 62-38 in its final pool game. Fishers outscored the Saints in all four quarters, leading 25-10 at halftime. Jalen Haralson scored 18 points the Tigers, followed by Millen McCartney with 12 and Aiden Zimmer with 10.
In the placement game, Fishers lost to Munster 60-55. The Mustangs led 12-11 after one quarter, but the Tigers came back to lead 27-23 by halftime. Haralson had eight points in the first half. But Munster scored 20 points in the third quarter to take a 43-40 lead, and held on in the fourth period.
Metzger hit five 3-pointers for 15 points, while Haralson added 12 points.
Fishers is 6-6 and plays Tuesday at Lafayette Jefferson.
