Fishers-based Ultimate Automation acquires Carmel’s Electronic Evolutions

Fishers-based Ultimate Automation on Wednesday announced the acquisition of Electronic Evolutions to form Ultimate Technologies Group. The new entity will be headquartered in Ultimate Automation’s existing offices as well as expanding into the IoT Lab facility in Fishers.
