Family Allergy & Asthma, a leading allergy and asthma medical practice headquartered in Louisville, Ky., is opening a new location in Noblesville. The office, located at 13436 Tegler Drive, Suite 300, will open on Wednesday, Nov. 6. Board-certified allergist, Vivian Nanagas, MD, will see patients in this office.
“We are excited to continue our expansion in Indianapolis; doubling our offices this fall will allow us to build a solid foundation in the region,” said James Sublett, MD, co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of the practice. Family Allergy opened an office in Avon at the beginning of October. “As Northeast Indianapolis continues to grow, so will the need for convenient allergy and asthma care. We chose this location to help meet that demand.”
Office specifics
- This is Family Allergy’s fourth office in the Indy area, joining offices in Avon, Greenwood and Zionsville.
- The Noblesville office is open three days a week for allergy shots and appointments and is now accepting new patients.
- The addition of this office created four positions for the area, including Dr. Nanagas.
- Family Allergy offers allergy and asthma testing, immunotherapy, food allergy challenges and more.
Welcoming Vivian Nanagas, MD
Dr. Nanagas joined the practice in August and has since begun seeing patients in the Family Allergy Greenwood office. She is board-certified in Pediatrics and Allergy/Immunology and sees patients of all ages. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, she completed her medical school at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Nanagas then completed her Pediatrics Residency at Loyola University, followed by her fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor, Mich.
In November, Leena Padhye, MD, will also join Family Allergy and Dr. Nanagas at the Noblesville office. Dr. Padhye is board-certified in Pediatrics and recently completed her fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
Until Dr. Padhye joins, Dr. Anita Sivam will also be seeing patients in this office. Dr. Sivam joined the practice in September and has since begun seeing patients in the Family Allergy offices. A graduate of Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis, she completed medical school at Touro College of Osteopathic New York, N.Y. Dr. Sivam then completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Scripps Mercy Hospital, followed by her fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, Tenn. She is excited to return to Indianapolis to practice in her specialty.
