The Maple Glen Elementary School Garden Club and the Westfield High School Environmental Club invite you to take part in Summer Family Night at the Maple Glen Garden, located on the northeast corner of Ditch Road and 171st St.
The two clubs brought the garden back to life following a halt to past growing seasons due to COVID restrictions. Club members would love your help with keeping the garden growing this summer. Come out from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Monday, July 18 to learn what’s been growing and happens to the produce.
You can help weed, spread mulch, harvest ripe produce, water plants, and even plant the fall crops. Be sure to bring drinking water and gloves.
