The Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing officer meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 24, 2022, in the Caucus Room on the second floor of Carmel City Hall, 1 Civic Square, Carmel. A regular meeting will follow at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Carmel City Hall.
