Bethel Community Church, 20650 Cumberland Road, Noblesville, will hold its Arts and Crafts Fair from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. today, Nov. 16, and from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 17. There will be 26 tables. Do your Christmas shopping and find decorating items, recycled items and other unique hand-made items.

The Hamilton County Insurance Committee will meet at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 18, 2019, in Conference Room 1A in the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center, 1 Hamilton County Square, Noblesville. The purpose of this meeting is for discussion of liability insurance items.
The Hamilton County Parks & Recreation Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 18, 2019, at the Cool Creek Park Nature Center, 2000-1 E. 151st St., Carmel.
TriCo Regional Sewer Utility will hold its monthly Personnel and Benefits Committee meeting at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, at the John W. Hensel Government Center, 10701 N. College Ave., Indianapolis.
The Cicero Town Council will meet in an executive session at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, at the Cicero Town Hall, 70 N. Byron St., Cicero.
The Noblesville Schools Board of Trustees will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, in the board room of the Noblesville Schools Educational Services Center, 18025 River Road, Noblesville.
The Carmel Redevelopment Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2019, in the Council Chambers of Carmel City Hall, 1 Civic Square, Carmel. An executive session will precede at 5:30 p.m. in the Department of Community Services Conference Room on the third floor of City Hall.
The Hamilton Heights School Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2019 in the LGI Room at Hamilton Heights High School, 25802 State Road 19, Arcadia.
