Noblesville Trick-or-Treat

The Noblesville Police Department has announced that trick-or-treat hours in the City of Noblesville will be from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31. The Noblesville Police Department will have extra patrols out that evening to provide additional security. Motorists are asked to use extra care while driving that night.
