They will meet in Executive Session to discuss the purchase of real estate pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D) and discussion of pending litigation pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B). Following the Executive Session will be a public meeting for discussion of highway projects and other county business as necessary.
