Westfield School Board

The Westfield Washington Schools Board of Trustees will meet in an executive session at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022. The purpose of this meeting is for discussion of strategy with respect to a real property transaction including: (i) a purchase; (ii) a lease as lessor;(iii) a lease as lessee; (iv) a transfer; (v) an exchange; or (vi) a sale by the governing body up to the time a contractor option is executed by the parties. This clause does not affect a political subdivision’s duty to comply with any other statute that governs the conduct of the real property transaction, including IC 36-1-10 or IC 36-1-11.
A work session to discuss strategic planning will follow at 6 p.m. in the North Conference Room at Westfield Middle School, 345 W. Hoover St., Westfield.
A regular board meeting will follow at 7 p.m. in the Large Group Instruction Room at the middle school.
