Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Sheridan Community School Building Corporation (the “Building Corporation”) shall convene on November 8, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Conference Room C1 of Sheridan High School, Sheridan, Indiana for the purpose of considering the proposed Lease Agreement to be entered into between the Building Corporation and Sheridan Community Schools, including the plans and specifications referred to therein, and made a part thereof; the purpose of considering the proposed Trust Indenture and the issuance of the Ad Valorem Property Tax First Mortgage Bonds, Series 2021 (or such other name or series designation as determined by Sheridan Community School’s underwriter); the purpose of considering the proposed Trust Agreement; and for any other business which may property come before this meeting.
