Lights Over Seminary Opening

Noblesville’s smallest city park will shine this winter as Lights Over Seminary begins Friday, Dec. 7 with a lighting ceremony at 6 p.m. The lights will be turned on for the first time at 6 p.m. Friday. The ceremony will include carolers (5 to 6 p.m.), a brass quintet (6 to 7 p.m.) and live music (7 to 8 p.m.), along with free hot chocolate throughout the evening.
