HSE Consolidated Building Corp.

The Board of Directors of the Hamilton Southeastern Consolidated School Building Corporation will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Hamilton Southeastern Schools Central Office, 13485 Cumberland Road, Fishers.
The purpose of said meeting is to consider (i) authorizing the issuance of the Corporation’s Unlimited Ad Valorem Property Tax First Mortgage Refunding Bonds, Series 2025B (the “Bonds”), (ii) authorizing the distribution of a preliminary official statement, and the execution of a supplemental trust indenture and other documents relating to the Bonds, and (iii) any and all other business as may properly come before said meeting.
