Pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-5 (a) The Hamilton County Board of Commissioners will meet in an executive session at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 5, 2023, at the Hamilton County Highway Department 1700 S. 10^th St., Noblesville. The purposes of the meeting are: Discussion of Security IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7); Purchase of Real Estate IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D); Discussion of Pending Litigation IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B); Discussion of Personnel IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7).

The public meeting will follow to discuss highway business and any other county business as required.
