As a local business owner, 25-year Noblesville resident, and Noblesville High School graduate (’09), Evan Elliott says he is excited to announce his run for one of three at-large seats on the Noblesville Common Council.

A real estate broker since 2011 and owner of his family-owned brokerage, Elliott Real Estate, he says he enjoys helping families discover Noblesville’s unique offerings.

Elliott earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School, and holds an Indiana Managing Broker License.

Previously, Elliott served as the Director of Speech & Debate at Noblesville High School, where the team achieved a Top 30 national ranking in 2017 and 2018. He continues to serve as a volunteer Assistant Director for the NHS Thespian Troupe. He campaigned for a seat on the Noblesville Schools Board of Trustees in 2020.

Elliott says he believes that strong public safety, great schools, and steady growth continue to attract families, young professionals, and new businesses to the community. Additionally, he looks to lend his years of real estate experience to the city’s contract negotiations, builder proposals, and planned infrastructure.

In the community, Elliott served as Past Co-Chair of the Noblesville GOP and Past Secretary of the Noblesville Cultural Arts Commission. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors PAC, which endorses local candidates who value fair housing practices, responsible community growth, and a path to homeownership.

Elliott also serves as a poll worker for Noblesville Precinct 28 and most recently directed The Sound of Music for The Belfry Theatre at the Ivy Tech Auditorium. He is a past board member of the Indiana Schools Speech & Debate Association and past District Board Member of the National Speech & Debate Association.

This year, Elliott also became a franchise owner and director for the Miss America Organization, producing a preliminary competition to Miss Indiana.
