The City of Carmel has announced it is conducting a winter photo contest.
Whether you use a cell phone or a real camera, the city is looking for the best photos of Carmel in all of its winter glory. After the snow falls, take your best shot and post your favorite snowy Carmel photos on social media by Jan. 25. Make sure to tag the City of Carmel and use #CarmelWinter.
The City will review all the entries and pick a winner. The winning photographer will be awarded a gift card to a local business. Good luck, shutterbugs.
Helpful hints: These photos should portray uniquely Carmel scenes – day or evening – whether that means nature, landscape, buildings, public art or people. The more snow, ice and frigid scenery, the better.
