Joseph Spellman is the Master Sommelier and National Spokesman for Justin Vineyards and Winery. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Spellman has held prestigious roles as the head sommelier and wine director at some of Chicago’s most renowned establishments, including Charlie Trotter’s, La Tour at Park Hyatt, and The Pump Room.

In 1996, Spellman became the 29th American to earn the Master Sommelier Diploma, one of the most respected titles in the wine world. His impressive accolades include winning the Best Sommelier in the World in French Wines and Spirits at the 1997 French Sommelier Competition in Paris.
