Duke Energy presents 13th annual Noblesville Creates Fairyville

The 13th annual Noblesville Creates Fairyville, presented by Duke Energy, is on through April 26 with family-friendly, fairy-themed fun in Downtown Noblesville and on the Noblesville Creates campus. Most events are free, with crafts and activities for all ages.

Sponsors include Duke Energy, Mini Minds, Four Day Ray Brewing Fishers, Guardian Care, Playground Productions, Musicologie, Josiah White’s, Bar Ellis, Renewal by Andersen, Martin & Martin, Indy’s Child, SLS Group, LLC, and Noble Coffee.

This year’s theme, Energizing the Earth, inspired by title sponsor Duke Energy, celebrates the vital connection between nature and energy. The event is filled with fairy-inspired festivities, including:

  • Fairy House Contest
  • Fairy Tea Parties
  • Earth Celebration Parade
  • Fairyville After Dark (VIP event)
  • Interactive Art Demonstrations
  • Live Music & Fairy Vendors

Local partners and Downtown Noblesville businesses will also offer themed specials and activities throughout the event. This is a rain-or-shine event.

Event Highlights

Troll Thursday, April 24

  • Visit the Fairy Home Show and vote for your favorite.
  • Craft your own wand, crown, or mini fairy house at the Fairy Emporium.

Fairy Friday, April 25

  • Fairy houses will be placed along the Fairy Trail for visitors to explore and vote for their favorites.
  • Craft your own wand, crown, or mini fairy house at the Fairy Emporium.
  • From 6 to 9 p.m., enjoy glass blowing by artist Patty Kluzinger, real-life fairies throughout the Fairy Trail, shop from fairy-themed vendors and learn from Earth Day exhibitors. Adults can enjoy sparkly fairy beer ($5), courtesy of Noblesville’s new DORA and Four Day Ray Brewing.

Fairyville After Dark, April 25

  • VIP experience sponsored by Martin & Martin, Bar Ellis, and more. Registration required. Location is weather-dependent
  • Live entertainment, complimentary food and drinks, a pottery activity with Looking Glass Pottery, and more
  • Funds raised during this event will support future Fairyville events.

Sprite Saturday, April 26

  • Fairy House Contest awards ceremony
  • Fairy Tea Parties, sponsored by Mini Minds, with special guests
  • Live music (dulcimer music by Susan Kraeszig and harp music by Sara Walthery)
  • Fairy-themed vendors and Earth Day exhibitors
  • Earth Celebration Parade and all-day entertainment
