The Fishers Arts Council is celebrating the Art of the Emerging Artist during the month of December at The Art Gallery at City Hall featuring 11 local artists. The exhibit runs through Dec. 28.
Featured artists are Liv Ash, Aparna Bhave, Ingrid Blount, Laura Crawford, Tony Elliott, Amy Johnson, Judy Mintze, Kenya Ferrand-Ott, Megan Rosta, Bob Shimer and Taylor Walker.

The gallery is free and open to the public daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The address is 1 Municipal Drive, Fishers.
