Partnering with EdgeRock Development, entrepreneur Jeff Wroblewski has chosen to launch his new venture, The Human Bean, on the corner of State Road 32 and Hillcrest Drive in Westfield. It will be the only upscale coffee drive-thru east of U.S. 31 for five miles.
The Human Bean is a coffee and smoothie shop drive-thru with outdoor walk-up and seating. It will serve handcrafted brewed coffee in various forms. To complement the expansive offering of coffees, the menu selections will include hot and cold pastries, breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, non-blended drinks and a large assortment of hot and cold teas.
In the United States, the high-quality coffee, expresso and tea drive-thru business presently create $74 billion in overall sales. The drive-thru business model is growing due to the current pandemic and social distancing guidelines. Research shows that consumers of these products like this drive-thru delivery model.
The Human Bean franchise is uniquely positioned to meet the growing demand for the drive-thru coffee trade in Hamilton County, says Wroblewski.
“Their mission is to captivate and delight their customers by serving the highest quality of beverages and products while providing memorable customer experiences,” Wroblewski said. “We are civic-minded and will be looking for ways to support the communities we will serve. While Westfield will be the first location, market penetration will be important. That is why Wroblewski has engaged Birch Dalton with EdgeRock Development to identify future sites for expansion in Hamilton County.
