On Friday, dozens of homes on the west side of Noblesville were affected after a pressurization issue occurred during maintenance work.
Citizens Westfield Water experienced a “high pressure event on its water distribution system” near 161st and Hazel Dell Parkway.
According to a release provided by Citizen’s Energy Group, the issue developed during valve maintenance work, but was isolated and pressures were returned to normal.
Citizens estimated nearly 100 homes in the Noblesville area were impacted and Citizen Energy crews went door-to-door in the area of the Twin Oaks subdivision to determine if any damage has been done due the temporary high water pressure.
