Dortha P. (Rhine) Robison, 98, Carmel, passed away Monday, December 17, 2018. She was born August 11, 1920 in Burlington, Ind., to Charley A. Rhine and Arvella E. (Lanning) Rhine.
Survivors include her children, Richard Robison and Sandra Roberts; two grandsons and two great-grandsons.
Family and friends will gather at 10 a.m. on Friday, December 21, 2018 at Hamilton Memorial Park, Noblesville, where the funeral service will begin at 11 a.m.
