Don’t miss the fun: final week to register for Ghosts & Goblins 5K/2K

Get ready for Carmel’s spooktacular race, the Ghosts & Goblins 5K/2K, happening on Saturday, Oct. 26 at Carmel High School.

Gather your friends, family, and most creative costumes for a morning packed with fitness, fun, and community spirit – all while supporting the Carmel Education Foundation (CEF).

Festivities start at 8 a.m., with the 2K race kicking off at 9 a.m. and the 5K at 9:10 a.m., so make sure to arrive early.

Still need to register? General entry is just $40, and Carmel Clay students can join for $25. But hurry – on race day, prices jump to $55 for adults and $30 for students. Every step you take supports innovative teacher and student grants, classroom resources, and CEF’s Achieve Initiative, which helps students get ready for the real world.

This event is perfect for everyone. Bring the little ones along (strollers welcome), but pets will need to sit this one out. After the race, all participants can indulge in a variety of sweet, salty, and fruity snacks. Plus, the top 5K finishers in each age group will win gift certificates and prizes.

Stop by the photo booth for a fun, take-home photo to commemorate your race day look. Then, enter the costume contest in one of seven categories: Babies & Pre-K, elementary students, middle schoolers, high schoolers, adults, pairs, and groups of three or more. Prizes include gift certificates to popular stores and special surprises. Voting for the contest will be online after the event, so don’t forget to dress to impress.

During the event, visit sponsor booths to play games, explore community resources, and even sign up for a BJ’s Wholesale Club membership for just $20 – $10 goes directly to support CEF programs.

This race is more than just a run … it’s a festive, family-friendly celebration where you can make a real impact for Carmel Clay Schools.

Register today at GhostsAndGoblinsRun.com to secure your spot. Don’t miss out on a morning of costumes, prizes, and treats – all for a great cause.
