At A Cut Above Catering in Carmel, Reporter Photographer (and home cook) Denise Moe and BethAnn Moore, Westfield, recently escaped to the Italian countryside with a culinary experience full of learning, laughing, and lots of new flavors, led by Chef Amy von Eiff. Chef Amy studied extensively in Italy and shared the deep culinary tradition of Italy as well as practical techniques on how to bring Italian cuisine to your table. The class included two hours of culinary instruction and a three-course meal. Attendance was both in-person and virtual – fully COVID-compliant.
