Donald Lee McClintock, 83, Noblesville, passed away November 18, 2020 in Noblesville, with his family at his side.
He was born January 27, 1937 in Noblesville to Clarence Glen and Christina Pearl (Smeltzer) McClintock. He attended Jackson Township Schools and graduated from Jackson Central High School with the Class of 1956.
He was an employee of Ford Motor Company in Indianapolis as a machine operator for over 30 years. Leisure time would find Don, as he was affectionately known going to auctions and flea markets as he collected antiques and other rare “finds.” He enjoyed sky diving and was also involved with his family in auto racing.
He was a member of White River Christian Church where he also enjoyed being in a Bible study group.
He married Sharon Kay (Tidler) McClintock on April 1, 1955. She survives him. Also surviving are twin daughters, Darlene Kay Wright, Fishers, and Charlene Fay Lambert, Noblesville; a son, Robert Lee McClintock, Warsaw; plus seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, his brother, Normon McClintock, and his sister, Wreatha Gribben, preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Hartley Funeral Home Cicero Chapel, 209 W. Jackson St., Cicero, with burial to follow at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville. Visitation will be from noon until time of the services.
