Don Roark, 67, Cicero, died March 2, 2023, at his residence. He was born in Pineville, Ky., on July 6, 1955, to Earl and Pauline (Wilson) Roark.
Don was a chef, where he cooked at several different restaurants over time. He had lived in the central Indiana towns of Indianapolis, Cicero, Arcadia, Atlanta, and Tipton. Don was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan, enjoying his Sunday afternoon watching the game. He also traveled to the casino in his spare time to try his luck. Music was a past time that interested Don. He enjoyed listening to the new and old songs alike.
Survivors include his children, Veronica Immel and spouse Don Cutshaw, Donald Hart, Jamie Fulk, and Rachel Hartley. Don has eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, and was very close to his surviving brother, Jim Roark.
Don was preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter, Addison Hart; and siblings, Brenda Roark and Roy Roark.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 23 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with the Rev. Jody Brown presiding. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until service time on that Thursday.
Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Fishers at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 24.
