Two Hamilton County 911 dispatchers recently helped deliver babies. Dispatchers Jacob McWhirter and Amanda Solinski each coached expectant mothers through their deliveries while they waited for an ambulance to arrive. McWhirter and Solinski were both awarded a Certificate of Delivery as well as a stork pin for their efforts.
