Debra Ann (Delello) Kocher, 64, Noblesville, passed away on Saturday evening, June 12, 2021 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. Born April 5, 1957 in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Robert and Patricia (McGaugh) Delello.
She was a 1975 graduate of Carmel High School.
Debra loved taking care of people. She was a loving mother, caring friend to many, and one of the best neighbors you could ever wish for. One of her passions in life was cooking, and she always made sure there was enough for anyone who needed something to eat. She never liked seeing anyone go without.
Family always came first with Debra. After the kids were grown, she was ready to tackle the role she was born to play – Grandma.
Debra is survived by her mother, Patricia (McGaugh) Delello; daughters, Joyce Ann Kocher, Patricia Kay Kocher, and Alice Kelly Kocher, all of Noblesville, and Susie Branham Swenson (Tom), Arcadia; stepson, David Nichols, Noblesville; 12 grandchildren, Ellen Jean, Isabella Rose, Taylor Joann, Karlie Shae, Princeton Lee, Harmony Ann, Kensley Danielle, Liam Wayne, Andre Liam, Amiah Rene, Remy Thomas, and Tala Lynn; two great-grandchildren, Zayden Lee, and Oaklyn Matthew; brother, Monty Joe Delello (Tammy), Palm Harbor, Fla.; sister, Amy Marie Chester (Jon), Sheridan; many nieces and nephews; and by her longtime companion, William Harris.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Delello; and by her granddaughter, Nevaeh Johnson.
A Memorial and Celebration of Life will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 11, 2021, at the Ralph Lehr VFW Post 6246, 654 S. 9th St., Noblesville.
