David Lee Scalf, Jr., age 48, Noblesville, beloved father, brother, son and friend passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 29, 2019, surround by his loving family.
David was a kind soul with a wicked sense of humor and serious artistic talent. He loved learning about and working with all manner of animals, as well as discovering the wonders of other cultures. He could often be heard saying that his greatest achievement was his children and the love they shared. David was a family man who will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his mother, Melba (Pruett) Scalf; sisters, Melinda Scalf and Julie Jobe; and his children, Amber Scalf, Savannah Scalf and Neelix Scalf.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Scalf, Sr.
Please join the family at a celebration of his life at 6 p.m., on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at United Pentecostal Church, 1516 Morton St., Noblesville. Flowers can be sent directly to the church.
