Michael E. Schrage, CEO and Chairman of Centier Bank, has announced the recent appointment of Dana Howard as branch manager of the bank’s Carmel location.

Howard said her love of leadership began at the age of nine when she began working at her family’s local Dairy Queen. She was even promoted to Assistant Manager at the age of 13. She joined Centier in May 2021, after spending over 20 years in customer service within the health and banking industries.
She is an alumna of Indiana Tech where she received an associate’s degree in business administration, and bachelor’s degrees in business administration and human resources.
Howard said she is most looking forward to being involved with Centier’s unique, caring corporate culture.
“I am a firm believer that you should treat others how you wish to be treated,” Howard said. “Centier ensures that their clients and associates are treated like family, and I am more than excited to demonstrate that to the Carmel community.”
Laura Demeter, Regional Sales Manager at Centier Bank, said Howard’s positive energy and willingness to help make her a great addition to the team.

Howard resides in Indianapolis with her husband, Les, and their two children.
