Dan Spartz was sworn in as the newest member of the Noblesville Common Council prior to the Tuesday night meeting. Noblesville City Judge S. Matthew Cook administered the Oath of Office. Spartz replaces Wil Hampton and will serve the remainder of his term as District 4 representative until Dec. 31, 2023.
