Chili cookoff & fall festival delayed for hurricane season

Due to potential inclement weather, the Wild, Wild Westfield Fall Fest and Premier Chili Cook-Off has been rescheduled to 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5.

This FREE family-friendly event is for all who want to enjoy a fun and relaxing afternoon of games, food, and music.

Enjoy face-painting, inflatables, pony rides, food, kids games, adult fun, petting zoo, silent auction, bounce houses, and live music. Of course, what would Wild, Wild Westfield be without Manny the Mechanical Bull? Find out more about the event at crchurch.org/fall-fest-chili-cook-off.

Enter the Premier Chili Cook-Off, if you desire. You must register your chili entry at tinyurl.com/WildWildChili2024 or at ForOurNeighbor.Life. Once you have registered, bring a crockpot or pot of chili to CrossRoads by 4:15 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5. Local judges will determine the winners. Cash prizes will be given: $250 for first, $150 for second, and $100 for third.

The event is being held at 19201 Grassy Branch Road, Westfield, on the CrossRoads Church at Westfield’s campus.
