Cross country: Noblesville boys win Wildcat Classic, Golden Eagles teams place in top five in All-Catholic meet

The Carmel cross country teams competed in the Brown County Eagle Classic last Saturday.

The Greyhounds won the girls race by scoring 59 points. Carmel had three runners in the top 10, led by Sadie Foley’s fifth-place finish. Carmel’s boys team scored 114 points to take third.

Several county teams traveled to Indiana Wesleyan University for the Wildcat Classic.

Noblesville’s boys team was a team champion, scoring 48 points. John Libs was the race winner in a time of 15 minutes, 30.8 seconds.
