The Fishers girls and Hamilton Southeastern boys won the Pendleton Heights Arabian Round-Up cross country meet on Wednesday.
The Tigers girls scored 35 points, including three of the top five positions. Hannah Sale won the meet in a time of 19:06.81, Vera Schafer took fourth (19:59.47) and Elizabeth Barrett was fifth (20:00.08).
Other Fishers runners in the top seven were Brynn Urban (13th, 21:14.11), Megan Mybeck (14th, 21:16.07), Arianna Kelley (21st, 21:47.30) and Kaitlyn Moriarty (27th, 22:03.58).
The Royals girls were a close second, totaling 43 points. Halle Hill led Southeastern by taking second place, clocking in at 19:40.23. Ellie Johnson finished eighth in 20:17.87.
Also running for the Royals were Ellie Pedersen (10th, 20:51.87), Allie Latta (11th, 20:52.67), Katherine Jesler (15th, 21:18.21), Grace Newton (16th, 21:22.93) and Brooke Ratliff (23rd, 21:53.25).
Southeastern’s boys won with 34 points. The Royals landed three in the top five: Nolan Satterfield placed third in 16:44.1, Eric Swinson was fourth in 16:53.8 and Will Maquardt took fifth in 17:06.2. Will Tuckis finished 10th, clocking in at 17:37.0.
Other Royals runners were Max Anderson (12th, 17:43.1), Lucas Rankin (15th, 17:47.3) and AJ Brisben (17th, 17:55.0).
