Crosley Jayne Buchner, Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent in Indianapolis at the age of 7. She was born on August 15, 2011 to Scott and Emilie (Feick) Buchner in Carmel.
Crosley loved to dance, swim and was proud that she just learned to ride her bike last summer. She enjoyed time on the water with her family at Tippecanoe Lake in Northern Indiana. Crosley was a first grader at Promise Road Elementary where she was nominated for a Panther Leadership Commendation last fall. She was baptized in the Catholic faith. Crosley loved to read, especially Ben Clanton books, and enjoyed the thrill of roller coasters. She was such a great big sister; her little brother will miss ‘Sissy’. She aspired to be a Pediatric Oncologist when she grew up.
Crosley is survived by her parents, Scott and Emilie Buchner; little brother, Briggs W. Buchner; paternal grandparents, Donald J. and Janel A. Buchner; maternal grandparents, James A. and Teresa A. Feick; maternal great-grandparents, James and Carol Dickerson; aunt and uncles, Mitchell and Madeline Feick, and Eric Buchner; and cousins, Hannah, Owen and Vivian.
She was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, Donald and Janet McCrystal, and Art and Edwina Heiser; and her maternal great-grandparents, Louis and Martha Feick.
A celebration of Crosley’s life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at White River Christian Church Worship Center, 1685 N. 10th St., Noblesville. The Courtyard-Noblesville is providing discounted rates to those traveling from out of town. The Buchner Family has entrusted Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes of Noblesville with Crosley’s care.
