CarmelFest returns July 3 and 4. The Fourth of July festival will take place in Carter Green and Civic Square again this year and will feature a talent show, food and beverage vendors, games and rides for kids and much more. Want to volunteer to help make this year’s CarmelFest better than ever? There are a variety of volunteer opportunities and shifts available.
