After serving a year on the Westfield Chamber and Downtown Westfield Association (DWA) Staff, Connor Oke will leave his position on Tuesday, Feb. 14.
During his tenure, Oke did a tremendous job leading and organizing Chamber luncheons, coffees, and various events. Since July, he has led the communication efforts and was responsible for bringing all of the content together to launch the new Chamber website back in December.
Perhaps Oke’s greatest contribution has been to strengthen the Chamber’s relationship with its partners and members. He served as the Staff Liaison to the Young Professionals Council and worked with the planning team on the first-ever Young Professionals Leadership Summit this past September.
“We are truly going to miss him in the office every day,” Chamber & DWA CEO Steve Latour said. “He inspires everyone he comes in to contact with, has a tremendous can-do spirit, and has truly helped the Chamber advance on so many levels. I look forward to seeing Connor as an attendee at future events and programs. Thank you for all that you have done and for your friendship. We wish you all the best.”
