The Indiana Federation of Republican Women (IFRW) held its 41st Tribute to Women on Friday at the Ritz Charles, 12156 N. Meridian St., Carmel. Among the awardees were Fishers City Council member Cecilia Coble and Indiana State Treasurer Kelly Mitchell of Carmel. Coble was named the Hamilton County Republican Woman of the Year, and Mitchell was awarded the title of IFRW Woman of the Year.
