Dear Editor:
On behalf of the Noblesville Teachers Forum, the exclusive voice of Noblesville Teachers, we are proud to announce our official endorsement of Christi Crosser, Stephanie Lambert, and Bret Richardson for the Noblesville School Board. After a thorough evaluation process, which included giving all candidates the opportunity to respond to a comprehensive questionnaire and participate in in-person interviews, we are confident that these three candidates represent the best leadership for the future of Noblesville Schools.
Christi Crosser and Stephanie Lambert, currently serving as School Board President and Vice President, respectively, have consistently demonstrated strong leadership. Under their guidance, Noblesville Schools earned state and national recognition, including being named a Top Employer in America by Forbes and receiving an improved Standard & Poor’s AA rating. Additionally, they have championed record salary and benefit increases for teachers while maintaining the lowest school tax rate since 2012. Their experience and dedication have been invaluable, and we believe their continued service will sustain the positive momentum our schools have achieved.
Joining them on the ballot is Bret Richardson, a sixth-generation Noblesville native, business owner, and current President of the Noblesville Schools Educational Foundation (NSEF). Bret’s deep community roots, combined with his leadership in the NSEF, make him an ideal addition to the board. His extensive involvement in Noblesville Schools and the community showcases his commitment to the success of our students and educators.
Christi Crosser, a 25-year Noblesville resident, has a strong record of civic and community involvement. She has held leadership roles with the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, Riverview Health Foundation, and Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County. She has also served on the Noblesville Redevelopment Commission and with Prevail. Her dedication to Noblesville Schools and the broader community is evident in her work with the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville, as a Noblesville Schools student mentor, and in her role as a local business owner.
Stephanie Lambert, a 13-year Noblesville resident, brings valuable experience from her previous work as a forensic DNA analyst with the Indiana State Police, her service as a substitute teacher in Noblesville Schools, and as a current preschool teacher at a local church. She is a board member and volunteer with the Noblesville Youth Assistance Program and has held leadership positions with the Noble Crossing PTO and the Noblesville Marching Millers Band Boosters. She also volunteers as a Hamilton County Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), as a Noblesville Schools student mentor, and serves on the Noblesville Redevelopment Commission.
Bret Richardson brings 40 years of experience in owning and managing successful service and manufacturing companies, with expertise in human resources, operations, and negotiation. His involvement in local organizations like the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, Noblesville Preservation Alliance, and Noblesville Main Street reflects his passion for community preservation and growth. For more than two decades, Bret has volunteered with Noblesville High School’s Swimming and Diving teams, and he currently serves as a student mentor at North Elementary.
Together, Christi, Stephanie, and Bret form a well-rounded, experienced, and community-minded team. Their commitment to public education, combined with their longstanding service to Noblesville Schools and various community organizations, makes them the clear choice to lead our schools into the future.
We encourage voters to support Crosser, Lambert, and Richardson in the upcoming election to ensure the continued excellence of Noblesville Schools.
