Community First Bank of Indiana President and CEO Robb Blume welcomes Esther Bryant and Adam Pleva to the bank’s Commercial Lending team.

Bryant joined Community First Bank in July as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lender. A graduate of Ball State University, she brings five years of industry experience with a focus on alternative lending. Through her time working at a nonprofit small business lender, she has developed a deep understanding of SBA 7(a) lending that she looks forward to sharing with her clients. Outside of work, she is an avid runner and a former BSU Track and Cross-Country athlete.

Adam Pleva joined Community First Bank in July as Vice President, Commercial Lender. A graduate of Ball State University, he brings close to 20 years of industry experience to the team. Throughout his career, he has specialized in the lending needs of a variety of industries nationwide including Insurance Agents/Brokers, Franchise Sales, and more. A proud Eagle Scout and local youth sports volunteer, he is thrilled to focus on serving the banking needs of the Hamilton County community he calls home. When not helping businesses with their lending needs, you will find him biking, hiking, golfing, and traveling with his family.

Scott Hammersley, Commercial Loan Group Manager at Community First Bank, said, “We are excited to have Esther and Adam join our team. Their expertise and experience, such as with alternative lending, will be a key factor in our future success in Hamilton and Marion Counties. We hire team players with infectious enthusiasm for helping local businesses thrive, and these two definitely align with those values.”
