Community First Bank of Indiana (CFB) has promoted Calee Ozminkowski to Vice President, Branch Administrator.
Ozminkowski has prior experience at CFB as a Branch Manager and most recently served as the Policy & Procedure Administrator. In her new role, she will oversee branch activities with a focus on continuing to improve operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the Retail staff.
“Due to our continued growth, we created this new role to provide an additional layer of support for our Retail team members and to find innovative ways to improve our customers’ banking experience,” CFB President and CEO Robb Blume said. “Calee has excelled in her previous Retail-focused roles, and we are excited for the leadership she will bring in this new capacity.”
Ozminkowski has 12 years of industry experience and recently graduated from the Leader in Training program with TrueU. She cares about serving her community and has done so as a Bridges Outreach student mentor, Salvation Army board member, and CASA volunteer.
