Robb Blume, President and CEO of Community First Bank of Indiana, is pleased to announce that Community First Bank has been named one of the Top 125 Best Places to Work in Indiana for 2019 in a statewide ranking facilitated by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
Community First Bank was recognized as one of the top employers in Indiana for the Small Companies category (between 15 and 74 U.S. employees) at the Best Places to Work in Indiana awards dinner at the Indiana Convention Center. The winner were determined through employee surveys and company evaluations identifying both strengths and weaknesses within the organization.
