The former Adams Township School, 509 E. 4th St., Sheridan, is being turned into affordable apartments. The $7.2 million Blackhawk Commons project is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year. Thanks to HAND Incorporated, invitation-only hard hat tours were provided Friday afternoon.
