Clay Terrace is ready to shine for the holiday season. With a full list of activities lined up, friends and families can celebrate the season in their own unique style, whether that’s sipping cocoa on a carriage ride or meeting Santa.

Clay Terrace’s holiday festivities include:

Santa Soiree presented by Sweetgreen

Clay Terrace will hold Santa Soiree from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, a free event that will bring a variety of fun for adults and kids alike. Santa arrives from the North Pole, thanks to Tempo at Grand Park Village, to say hello to the crowd, plus you can grab a photo with his friend Buddy the Elf and some of his helpers, too.

Dance and groove to live music and say cheers with a beverage from the festive Upland Brewing bar as the Clay Terrace Christmas Tree is lit. The event will also feature complimentary carriage rides, face painters, a giant snow globe, roaming performers, and more.

TNT Productions will be offer free Santa portraits for digital download (from 4 to 5:30 p.m. only) or you may choose to take your own photos.

Pups & Pints, Holiday Edition presented by Riverview Health Emergency Room & Urgent Care

Clay Terrace wants to make sure your furry friends get everything on their holiday lists this year, too. Pet owners are invited to mix and mingle with Santa from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9 and Monday, Dec. 16.

Guests can grab a pint from Upland Brewing’s Festive bar, mingle with pet-friendly businesses, get a free caricature artist portrait, smooch your pooch under the mistletoe, thanks to VCA Animal Hospitals, and be serenaded by holiday music.

No pet? No problem! Everyone is welcome to attend and visit with Santa. Plus, shop Clay Terrace’s pet-friendly retailers to grab everything on your pup’s wish list.

TNT Productions will offer free Santa portraits for digital download or you may choose to take your own photos.

The Giving Machines return to Clay Terrace

The Giving Machine, the popular “vending machine” that works in reverse by giving users an opportunity to donate items to charities, is open 24/7 near Pies & Pints through Jan. 5. Guests simply walk up to the machine, slide their cards, and make a purchase that will benefit a local or a global charity. The vending machines allow users to purchase and donate items such as clothing, baby supplies, medicine, even chickens for people in need, both here in Indiana and around the world.

One hundred percent of all donations go directly to the participating charities. Show your Giving Machine receipt to participating retailers for discounts (Hoosier Sister: $10 off your purchase of $50 or more; Pies & Pints: 15 percent off your food order; Upland Brewing: 10 percent off your food order).
