Bryon Widows, Gymies Fitness Center Manager and certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), was the featured speaker at the Cicero Kiwanis meeting on Saturday. Widows shared the three-prong approach of cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and flexibility to improve strength, balance, health and fitness.
