Chuck & Sally Crow honored by Noblesville Kiwanis Club

Chuck and Sally Crow were recently presented with the Noblesville Kiwanis Club’s Bob and Maureen Anderson Community Service Award.

Chuck and his wife Sally have been serving the Noblesville community for over 50 years.

Sally is a Noblesville native, and she attended Noblesville schools and Indiana University. She then taught middle school English for 32 years. During her career at Noblesville Schools, she was very involved in school activities and coached the NHS girls golf team for 12 years, leading them to state titles in 1986 and 1987. She later coached middle school golf for several years. Sally has been active in Tri Kappa, Prevail, Riverview Hospital Foundation, and currently is a volunteer at Riverview Health.

Chuck grew up in Syracuse, Ind., and moved to Noblesville 52 years ago. He graduated from Purdue University and served in the U.S. Army. He began his banking career in 1969, which continued until 2015 when he retired. In 1991, he and 10 investors started Community Bank. Chuck has been active in numerous community organizations throughout his career. He is a charter member of the Sunrisers Kiwanis club and has been active in it for over 45 years. For his service, he has received the Chamber’s Pinnacle award, been named a Distinguished Hoosier by former Governor Mitch Daniels. Chuck was also honored by being named Grand Marshall of the 2017 Noblesville Christmas parade.
