Chocolate, jazz paired for a great night in Noblesville

Sixteen downtown Noblesville merchants and restaurants in conjunction with Noblesville Main Street will make up the 2018 Chocolate Trail, an annual event highlighting chocolate treats along with local shopping and dining.

Starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 7, shoppers can pick up a chocolate trail map at the Noblesville Main Street table, located on the northeast corner of the courthouse lawn. Then, visit each location for chocolate treats and collect a sticker. Just before 9 p.m., shoppers can take their maps to the Main Street table to enter a drawing for prizes from participating locations. Shoppers who visit all locations and collect a stamp from each will be eligible to win great prizes from the participating stores.

Participants are Kaleidoscope Krossing, Nickel Plate Arts, Caravan Classes, Across the Pond, Little Gypsie, Chosen Boutique, Tanglez, Shine Yoga & Wellness, Karisma, A Corner Cottage, Love’s Hangover, Old Picket Fence, Lil Bloomers, Linden Tree, Logan Village Mall, Noble Coffee & Tea, and Kiln Creations.

From 7 to 9 p.m., patrons can also enjoy the final concert of the year in the Music And All That Jazz series presented by Gaylor Electric. This week features the David Hartman Band with an eclectic list of standards, fusion, rock, funk and original pieces. So bring your dancing shoes.

This will be a fun night in downtown Noblesville Lorna Steele, Executive Director of Noblesville Main Street, said, “We have so many great stores and restaurants downtown. What is better than listening to live music and walking around to check them out all night?”
